Someone to help me build premade setups

I am a developer/sysadmin but completely clueless at building, and I am looking to sell some Minecraft setups. I'm looking forna builder who would enjoy building servers with me (you building, me handling all of the development.

Needless to say, you will be paid 35 percent of the price (unless you wanna help me manage payments, basically dealing with people, me developing, doing business and being a one man support team; if you want to share those responsibilities you will get 50%).
