Someone to help me read crash reports and whats causing it.

My server has been crashing atleast 4-5 times a day causing rollbacks of players inventory and world data.

I have a 100+ PB server but its slowly decrease due to this and I need help finding a solution.

I have timings and crash reports. I don't understand what the crash reports say or whats causing it to crash.

Paying up to $50 for someone to help me understand whats causing this and getting it fixed.
