Someone to host my server & builders

Hey! I'm making a server called RaidLabs(name WIP), and I need an individual to host it for me! I don't know how to do it, and I don't think my computer has the power to do so. Whoever hosts my server gets the Owner Rank. and a good amount of profit to pay to keep the server running. The first purchases will go to you, to keep on renewing the server until we get on track.

ALSO! We are looking for builders to build the spawn and prison plots, etc. More details if you are willing to do so. We will be giving the builders:
Builder Rank
50 dollars worth of purchases in our store
(if you have a team, 35 dollars per crew member)
Access to some commands
Able to start your own /keyall
2 FREE ranks for your friends
AND MORE!

If someone can make a custom website aswell, like raidlabs.org or something, that'd be greatly appreciated.

How will you guarantee that whoever hosts it for you will be paid?
How do you plan on advertising the server, keeping players etc?

Well, you honestly don't. I have vouchers, but I am a honest person and I wouldn't do that. My word. I'm a YouTuber and I have friends from other server who are also interested in joining. I can advertise in comments, videos, etc.
