Someone to make me custom world

Hello MCM, today I am here requesting a custom world to be made. I have a $30 budget for this custom world. The world has to be 10k in each direction from 0, 0. I would like room for the spawn in the world so I can copy and paste it in easier without having to remove the terrain. This world must contain no chunk errors and primarily no water biomes, but a few is alright. The world MUST be custom terrain. If you can do this, please let me know.

Thanks for the tag JoshSmith, but his budget isn't even close. Afaik not even Leonex will make custom terrain that size for that price.
As such, Fire or other people using EWG to generate terrain are his best shot.
