Terms of Service

After agreeing on a deal there are two payment options:

1: Low priority:

-50% at the beginning and 50% after finishing the project. (I will start working in the project after the first 50% is sent)

-If the 50% is sent and I finish the project I will contact the buyer and if they do not respond or ignore my messages for a quite large amount of time, the project that I made will be made available for reselling to another person who is interested.

-After paying the 50% there is no cancelling the deal.

2: High priority:

-The full price of the project payed at the beginning.

-The project will not be resold after a while of inactivity as in the low priority option.

-The buyer must provide me with an e-mail address that I would be able to send them the project when it is finished, since sometimes the file sizes are too large for discord to handle.

-After paying there is no cancelling the deal.

Notes:
-The high priority projects will be started on as soon as the deal is set and the payment is complete, and they will be finished sooner than any low priority order.
-No refunds can be issued, unless some parts of the project were not possible to finish due to any reasons.
-If the buyer wants to have an even higher priority order, it's possible and the pricing of it will differ than the price of the low and regular high priority, but will be agreed on in private messages.
-Any order below or equal to 5$ must be payed 100% all at the beginning like the high priority option, due to fees its better to do it all at once.
-The price agreed on could be either including or not including fees depending on the situation, but it will be agreed on in private messages.

After starting a deal, I will be constantly sending progress information and screenshots. While I am making the asked project I might ask questions regarding it at anytime so the buyer must be active (I am not saying online 24/7 but not offline for a long time) to be able to answer my questions.
