I want someone to receive a payment of more than $400 USD from a Ebay Customer as whenever I try to receive it, PayPal pop's up stating, I can't receive payments from a US buyer.

He will probably chargeback, and you will get fucked, and you will lose it since you arent the one shipping it and cant provide proof to paypal.

Ah, I see. And, where do you live that you can not accept a payment? PayPal/Ebay are both very universal when it comes to cross country payments etc.. They should not be giving you this error message?

Is it just simply the fact that you do not have a verified paypal?

Philippines as of now, Through a eCheck, It wants me to wait like 10-15 days which is what I don't want and want the payment urgently.

Once the payment gets to PayPal as an eCheck, They asked me for verification, Once I provided them with my Bills/Identity/License
I was hit up over Twitter (when I Contacted them) with - We are sorry for the delayed in response but we do not offer services in Phillipines atm, you can suggest to implement PayPal into other countries with the following link etc etc similar msgs.[DOUBLEPOST=1522164382][/DOUBLEPOST]

Be cautious if you do this as it could be just one co-ordinated scam
1. The "Buyer" sends the money and you send it to this guy and all is well
2. Then this guy doesn't send the item and the "Buyer" charges back
3. Rip you

I do agree with you this does happens, Even happened to me a couple of times over Ebay, In my case I would have got the payment in my own account, But I don't know why PayPal isn't getting me verified, I still didn't closed my account but I'm still getting the msg "We are reviewing your information" after I provided them with the details they wanted.

did this on a diff forum, mm'd a $750 paypal deal and held funds. got chargebacked and my paypal got fucked lol.
