Hello so im looking for someone who is a very good with minecraft servers. Im a dev but i dont want to set up my server. I want a really good dev who also codes plugins. I want a faction server i have 100$ to spend i already bought the server and have the spawn i just want all the ranks done enijn done perms done and custom plugins.
