Well, you're all volunteering to commit a crime on a public forum.

Us selling minecraft accounts is committing a crime. In the minecraft tos, it states that accounts should not be resold.

Selling a mc account, its against the EULA, but not the LAW. It will get the account removed, but you cant face legal action. However a cracked xenforo is a violation of the digital millennium copyright act, and if xenforo want to, they can take you to court, and anyone that helps to set it up, knowing that its cracked is an accessory to theft.

Mojang can sue for breach of contact. Not that they would, they'd end up losing more money suing you than they'd gain. Same with xenforo; if they sued you, they'd lose more money than they'd gain. The worst they could do is get your site taken down with a takedown request.
