Someone to upload/setup my server forums+portal

Hello.
Im currently looking for someone to completly set-up and make my website come online.
I have all the files like background, portal, forums, logo, just need to upload it to a webhost and
set-up the forums or whatever is left.
I have no clue about websites so i dont realy know what to do, I only know i have the files i bought for 50$.
