My name is Goldenphelix.
I am looking for a someone to work with me, specifically configuring and maintaining a network.
This role will at some point be paid, however, the income of the network currently doesn't support the staff at all, only the hosting bill.
I'm looking for someone for now, who will put effort into configuring/maintaining the network with me for free and wait for the outcome to be solid enough that they will be rewarded in the end.
This includes configuring plugins and full server set-up for release to public.
I also need help with the shop, as I have never done cross-network ranks/perks for donators before and I am struggling to implement it.
Network history:
We started in late April 2017 being a slimefun survival no-grief server and quickly grew to 30+ players constant with a solid revenue income from donations(Over $1k), then we closed over the christmas period due to unforeseen reasons and returned on feb 1st 2018 as a no-grief survival/towny server, and we then again became popular with 30+ constant due to multiple twitch streamers(Including extended_clip who is the developer of some of the most used plugins on spigot) himself came on and praised it, and so I decided to branch out to a network.
I have been working on the network for about 1 month now and am putting every effort in to make it feel and look professional.

Network was abandoned due to too much work by myself and we closed until 1.13 released, I re-opened a 1.13 based survival no-grief server, that grew REALLY fast.
Server had 40+ every day at peak.
Now we are attempting the network thing again, I am still looking for help.
I have done a statistic count of the playerbase and it exceeds 100+ different players from multiple countries weekly.
Our community discord has 200+ members in it and slowly growing daily.
I am wanting someone to help me with finalizing the finished product.
This role will be paid if we get the network to a stable and reliable point where I can support the staff.

I have hired 2 other people to help out and promoted them to Owner, this means we have a total of 4 owners including myself.
We have a total of 4 gamemode servers so far.
1.13 Survival
1.12.2 Skyblock
1.12.2 Creative
1.8 OP Prison
And are looking at setting up a OP factions server soon.
We are also getting a Xenforo forums set up.
We contribute where we can towards to the network, however IRL stuff gets in the way sometimes and stops us from that, our staff team consists of around 20 players but more than 60% of them are very inactive.
The donations are currently the only thing to cover the costs of the network.
If anyone is willing to come forward and help our community out it would be amazing as our player count is showing signs of deteriorating, it would be great to bounce back.
I'm looking for someone who shares as much responsibility as I do. Managing a network is hard and I'm kinda looking for someone to being some fresh ideas and insight to the community, along with a hand in the server files, bungee, plugins, and advertising and other things such as the discord.. I know this is alot to ask..lol
