I would use a lawyer or someone who practices law for this, would NOT recommend using anyone else.

Edit* Reason why: Because even people that practice law struggle to avoid all the loopholes in systems no offence but all these broke people willing to do any job will probably end up with you having a contract that isn't legally binding.

Lawyer on mc-market? You're funny. Lots of people can write up contract templates w/o being a lawyer. I've written up a couple of contracts / terms of services' for servers I have worked for, they're just as good. Maybe even cutting out half the irrelevant stuff the 'professional lawyers' put in.

First of all there are actually practicing lawyers on MC-Market but I never said the OP has to look on here for one, Louwtjie is one of them. Second of all, why you being so defensive? I'm stating a valid fact that lawyers struggle to remove every loophole and fault in a contract or legally binding document, so someone without the qualifications to do so would surely struggle too. It's like asking an electrician to do the plumbing, sure he/she can probably do it but not half as well as the person qualified.

And when the contract is breached and let's say that the OP wants to take the case to court are you going to stand there and defend him/her? I didn't think so either

That isn't how it's done. Okay, if I write the contract, I write it. Whoever signs the contract goes to court with or without their defenders. You're saying that those contracts you can get off of google etc if someone finds a loophole, they can go to court? No. Finding loopholes to a contract is completely legal, and I don't believe you can get screwed over (I may be wrong), once someone responds to my message I'll let you know).

EDIT: Rarely ever is their illegal loopholes that you can't use, of course.
