If I do not enable this, what are the chances he will hack into it?
Don't quote me on this, but I believe PayPal has a lock feature that if it detects an unusual log-in IP, it will block the login unless confirmed by email. PayPal has pretty good security, and even if he does manage to hack into your account, PayPal's customer support will be able to help you. Might bring in problems that you're not really the account owner and it's under someone in your family's name.

1st off, change your password to be super-secure. A random string of letters, numbers and symbols that's at LEAST 10 digits long.
Second, contact paypal and inform them someone is threatening to compromise your account. See if they can take precautions, like sending you an alert if someone tries to log in from an unusual IP. It will also make them more wary if someone requests the email.

third, see if you can change your main PP email. idk how exactly this would work, but calling them should help you find out.[DOUBLEPOST=1488790891][/DOUBLEPOST]oh, and did they give you a paypal email to send the money to? report that to paypal as well, including proof of their blackmail. That might get their paypal terminated, or at least investigated
