I want to crate a alt shop, But i'm not sure what software to run it off of, or if you need get a custom website done, either way if you know contact me on discord - Dedicated#0001.

You could use Shoppy and get an embedded website, but if you were really serious about this then a custom website is the way to go. Those usually do cost a lot as you'd need to have product management on the website.
