Someone with Memory Leak Experience

We have been experiencing weird crashes as you all know. Firstly we thought it was a world or corrupt player data issue. After viewing the memory, we quickly realized what the issue was. There was a memory leak. Once the server reaches up to 25,000/25,000 ram used it crashes the server, drops the RAM usage back to 9 GIGS (From 25 GIGS), and then it all repeats, the memory slowly rises until it reaches 25 Gigs of RAM Usage.

TASK: Find the plugin that’s causing this memory leak.

Sending a list of plugins would help generally, also are you using any leaked plugins (probably not, but its a question worth asking) & are you using any custom plugins that were free, or by a developer, you don't know much.
