I'm pretty sure this "paragraph" of yours is really unnecessary, if anything your making yourself look bad by posting this comment, where 100% of it is correct but not to him but to you. Consider evaluating your manners, you'll start losing your chance at gain customers if your bad-mouthing previous customers and the world doesn't revolve around you "ignorant child".
