Hi all,

I own https://sorablock.com/ -- a Skyblock server currently in alpha and big plans in the coming year. We have a strong development team and are hoping to grow heavily in the coming months after squashing all our alpha bugs and releasing more content.

Need administrators with very good configuration skills!

We are currently looking for experienced administrators to join our team. Here's how you know you're a good match:

• You are 18 or over. (Younger applicants may be accepted under special conditions)
• You owned Minecraft servers as a teen, and know how to configure plugins and think in systems.
• You have high agency, you're able to see a problem and just get started on solving it, without needing your hands held.
• You have experience running Skyblock servers, or other gamemodes.
• You know how to work in a team and can work with others of different backgrounds.
• You have experience with custom resource packs, mainly ItemAdder or other resource pack plugins.

You would be joining a professional team, focused on building and solving big problems-- serving a community on your first day.

We aren't just building servers, we're building a real indie game studio. We're looking for people who want to create great projects in Minecraft, and we're willing to support you in this.

While this role is voluntary to begin, our ambitions are huge-- successful administrators can take ownership and lead the development of brand new projects/servers and hopefully even make a monthly salary once we grow.
