I bought Premium account upgrade 24Hours ago, and I’ve not received the rank till now. The info was “You will get your upgrade when it is reviewed.”. Does it usually take 24 hours for an account upgrade? I also make a support thread, but no reply yet.

It might depend on the method of payment so it might take up to a week in the worse case scenario. If you are concerned you can open a support request. It also does not take months, the person above was just being sarcastic. I get responses most of the time within the same day but a lot of people on here are impatient. Welcome to MCM!

Out of the 6 Support Requests I've had, 3 have been responded to in the same day and the other 3 took 1-2 days. What was the context behind a support request that took 56 days because it seems like you never bothered sending another message?
