Sorting world into regions

Hello,
Does anyone know how I would go about sorting my map like the image below. Would I have to manually do it, or could it be done by chunks? I'm looking at sorting it into sort of chunk regions, so a region could have say 200 chunks in it, but be made in a random shape like the image below.

Course not when he wants to buy a service, I think the thread has made it pretty clear he wants to do it himself.
