Soul Bound Item Plugin

Hello Mc-Market, This is my first post on here, And i hope to see more post as the time goes on.

Let's just get right into what i want. I want a plugin that where you could buy something on buycraft/enjin and it gives the player a name tag that they can drag over on a item they want to keep with them forever and not lose it. I do want them to be able to drop to a friend or someone even if it's soul bounded, I just want it to be able to stay with the ACTIVE person that has it (On Death).

Im not exactly sure how much these plugins go for these days but i'd like to keep the budget around $10-$40

I am only paying AFTER the plugin is done just for no scam happens. (I am willing to sign a contract or something to make sure i don't scam you!)
