• Vouch copy requests that are direct replies to this thread will be ignored.

• All prices are in USD - you are expected to pay your currency's equivalent.
• All payments must go through PayPal or credit card.
• For projects where I'm not charging an hourly rate, 100% of the payment will be required up-front after a sketch has been approved, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Prices and terms are negotiable but any alterations must be mutually agreed upon.
• Chargebacks will result in canceling your project, terminating/redistributing/reselling the files, and a scam report on any online marketplaces.
• Raw files will be provided (upon request) for a fee.
• A fee will apply for any changes made for the final product after the final product has already been approved and sent to the client.

well, the only thing holding me back is the financial aspect, cause i have to make sure a server i manage always will be online and possibly upgrade it.

I use PaintTool SAI. I also have Photoshop to compare it to, and in my opinion, SAI trumps PS hands down (although there are plenty of people who disagree)!
This was created using SAI though. :3 Highly recommend.

I also have a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet that I draw with. Wacom is bae.

Either way, I sincerely apologize. Six months ago, I didn't have a system in place to manage orders, and they were coming in too quickly for me to complete all of them between school and work. The following month, my old laptop having issues and I lost all of my recent files not too long after, which was extremely devastating.
I went back to Skype and looked for your messages. I found your username, but there aren't any messages in the chat history, which is extremely unusual and concerning.

However, I understand that is no excuse. I have a new laptop and a new system to manage orders as well as an external hard drive for all art-related files. So that should never happen again.
Again, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, I never meant to ignore you. If there's anything I can do to make up for that, within reason, let me know and I'll be happy to comply.

Its been a few months since the last time i was apart of the minecraft community. I appreciate this update and I understand the situation you were in. I am sorry for the rude comments announced without investigating any further. It is clear you are well organized and professional as of now. When the time comes, i will be sure to contact you when I am in need of art.
Again, I apologize for such ignorance over this situation.

It devastates me to say that I'm going to be closing down shop for a little while.

My laptop is in pretty bad shape (bad luck? Karma? Am I just really bad with computers?), and it freezes then overheats whenever I use any large programs like Photoshop or Illustrator. Every so often it just shuts off on its own without overheating. So that being said, I can't take any new orders until I get things sorted... In the mean time, I'm transferring all my files onto an external hard drive just in case.

In the event that I need a new comupter, I will be building a computer instead of trying to do my work from an ill-equipped laptop. But this process will take months or even a year because I'll need to get the funds and parts together first...

Anyway, I'm sorry. It's really hard for me to write this, both because it's been such a pleasure and because the text input box is lagging horrendously. I really hope that my art shop does not need to remain closed.

Souls Art Shop - REOPENED

Hey guys!

I've finally gotten a computer up and running, and it runs Photoshop and Illustrator like a boss. It feels sooooo good to be able to draw without things crashing on me all the time!

That being said, I'm excited to announce that I am officially reopening my art shop as of today! Yay!

Previous Clients:
Any orders that I took and was unable to finish before my shop closed down temporarily will not be resumed because I've already spoken to those clients and properly cancelled the orders when it became evident that I wouldn't be able to complete any artwork for a long while.

Pricing Update:
I went ahead gave my prices a long overdue revamp. so my prices are now 100% up to date and reflect what you can expect.
