SovereignSMP is looking for ACTIVE Manager/Co-owner

Hey there.

I am looking for a very reputable, active, and experienced manager to essentially run my server and ensure everything is going well as college starts in three or so days for me meaning I have little time to contribute to the player base. The age limit for members is 14-20 but I am ideally looking for a manager who is 18+

The server is on Forge and we have many mods to engage the player base. We've been up and running for over two weeks. Check out this video below to get a feel for what our server is like!
Our server is a lot like the DSMP in terms of how it's run, we're capped at 30 players max and we are a content creator SMP streaming roughly planned lore every weekend on a Saturday. So far the server has seen great success with over 550 views across Twitch and YouTube in only two weeks and two lore streams. You will not be paid as all of my funding is going towards the server host (extreme as it's modded)

We have a few rules about the server that make it how it is!
I. Each player has one canon life for the server (excluding lag or bloopers). If you die you will be automatically teleported to the Departed Realm, a place of darkness and deep evil.
II. You must be able to live stream on Twitch or create videos for YouTube!
III. You need to be able to play Java edition and install our custom modpack with CurseForge.
NOTE: The manager/co-owner I choose will not need to play or stream on the server.

What would I need to do then?​

I. Ensure the server is always online and that crashes are resolved
II. Keep order in the server (some of our members are reckless)
III. Make sure lore events and live streams are going well and in order
IV. Moderate the server and keep things interesting! (events, side lore?)
