Space themed helmet plugin

Searching for a dev that can make me a plugin where the player has to have a glass block on his head all the time if he takes it off he starts losing air and once his air bubbles runs out he takes damage etc

If you can do this let me know.

I should also have a GUI where you can chose the glass color (permisson node)

I have noticed theres a heads plugin that has an astronaut head so something like that where I can add options for people to wear

Budget is about $0-$40 i can go more if you can assure to customise it etc .
