Hello, I'm Lotus, SpaceDelta's owner. With the need of faster and quality development, we're actively opening recruitment for developers.
As a developer, you'll be creating either new features, fixing issues with or adding onto existing source code. This means you should be able to create clean code, as well as read others' code and edit / add on new features accordingly.
Pay for developers will be hourly, and your time spent developing will be monitored with a screen-capture software.
While we expect all of our developers to be efficient and responsive, pay will be differentiated based on skill-level. It will never be below minimum wage, as long you meet our most basic standards; and if you're good at what you do, it can go much higher.
In exchange, we expect you to regularly communicate, push your code to our repositories, and show us progress during set intervals.
A basic list of requirements:
You must have over 20 hours available to work.
You must have extensive knowledge in Java, MySQL, and Maven.
You must have experience working with GitHub.
