Spam rule suggestion

I don't think that if someone spams in chat when < 5 people are chatting that they should have 3 permanent warning points.

Yes, I am here to complain about my warning points, which I have 15 of right now mostly from my best friend thebaum64 who is likely going to click "disagree"

I suggest that if someone spams while chat is essentially idle, that it doesn't get treated as if someone spammed with 900 people chatting.

Active chat = 3 points
Mostly inactive/idle = 1 point

There is no excuse for spamming. Obviously people had an issue if they report it is as well. Please just learn to follow the rule and you won't be warned

There is an excuse for spamming. I didn't even notice it was any sort of issue until I looked at it again.

I literally talked to myself because someone questioned if I was doing it already. That is a joke.
