Spark - Server Core - Ranks, Punishments, Staff Utils

Bought this from Sudokus in May after he bought it from Call911, and I haven't owned a server in quite some time so I figured I'd sell it to someone who could and would use it. Has been used on Voltane (From what I have been told) and is extremely basic, but for new servers or servers who don't want or need a lot of features, this is perfect.

Trying to sell quick, since I have no need for it.

Fixed, didn't have an IDE on my laptop and just fixed my pc. Thanks for the suggestion.
