This service is for people that just want to easily and simply host their Discord Bot, also not everyone knows how to setup VPS' or Pterodactyl. Plus lots of people don't want to waste $3 for excess resources.

From my two minimal experiences with this company, I do not recommend useing this hosting company.
Bad Experience One:
They declined to give me a refund an hour after purchasing web hosting. And their support is stubborn and a bit rude about it. I understand this is partially my fault for not reading their terms before. But like I feel like if you were in this situation you would want to give the customer what they need, especially if it’s just $4.50.
Bad Experience Two:
My PayPal currently does not allow me to unsubscribe any subscriptions including their web host plan. I asked if they could cancel it for me and they said “It is the job of the client to cancel it”. So I’m stuck paying for web hosting until I can get access to my SSN. The support representative was once again stubborn and a bit rude. This is something I know they are perfectly capable of canceling this for me. And this is not my fault.
I don’t usually go around looking to put negativity on company’s threads/accounts. But I believe this company deserves it.
I will not be giving them a negative reputation on their account, because I notice they give some previous customers negative reputations that were not happy with their services. From what I experienced their hosting was good, just be committed to using them if you want to use them.
