Community manager:
- Manages the community; Contacting youtubers, streamers, faction leaders, and increases the playerbase of SpartanEmpires. Also, hosting events both on the server and discord (PvP events, cannoning events, karaoke, games).
- This position requires at least 8 hours a week.
Staff manager:
- Manages the staff team; Putting together a staff team, Putting together staff meetings, ensuring the server is properly staff equipped
- This position requires at least 8 hours a week.
Senior-Admin:
- Ensures the server is running smoothly (bugs, backend, front end), administering the server properly, handling staff if needed be Note: Senior admins have the same/equivalent power as a staff manager.
- This position requires at least 8 hours a week, ensuing proper monitoring of admins.
Admin:
- Working under the senior-admins, completes tasks as requested by the Senior Administrators
- This position requires at least 7 hours a week.
Senior-Mod:
- Trusted moderator, well respected, making sure players are getting the best experience, involved with the community, preventing hacks, banning hackers, enforcing server rules,in charge of the moderators.
- This position requires at least 7 hours a week, ensuing proper monitoring of moderators.
Moderators:
- Enforcing server rules at all times, banning hackers, keeping the server fun for everyone, involved with the community, in charge of the helpers
- This position requires at least 6 hours a week, ensuing proper monitoring of helpers.
Helpers: Support team, answering player questions, must be well-knowledged, dedicated to the server, must like the server, must be involved with the community both discord and server. - This position requires at least 5 hours a week; exceptions can be made with staff-management approval.
