Why do I want to be a mod? (Has to be big) I want to be mod because I have a lot to bring to the community. I make peoples play time 10000x better. I do my job and I also have time for a joke or two. People really enjoy playing with me and I love playing with them aswell. I make a special bond with the players and spend time to get to know them. You can count on me to get the job done asap I can spend up to 3-4 hours daily on the server making it a better place for everyone to enjoy!

I would recommend changing the application. Make it so they don't need to put email and also add more points they need to fill out, you don't want random people becoming staff on your server.
