Spawn (3 Buildings) + Underground

Looking for a builder who can make a very nice nature/modern building that will host about 40 (7Wx5Hx8D) player shops, and then two buildings outside of that. One a 2-3 floor police station, one a 6-8 floor apartment building.

I've been meaning to find time to do this myself, but I want a LOT of detail, something I'm not the best at. So I'm looking for a builder who can do the buildings the way I'd like, and with lots of eye catching detail.

I expect the builder to have a good estimate of what they're worth.
They'll have to negotiate a price with me based off their build quality and how fast they can have it available.
