Spawn build

Looking for a spawn build fairly simple. Any screenshots I provide are only examples and it should NOT be the same. I understand my budget isn't appealing however it will be spaced out

Requirements:
- Entire build will need to be based on a theme (will be decided when I'm in contact with builder)
