Spawn Builder with 3D pokemon

Hi, I am looking for a Builder to help me out in the Building of a spawn for my server.
The things I would like to have in the spawn are as follows;

• *A Nice spawnpoint
• *(3) 3D Pokemon around the spawn in a nice way

- Uxie
- Mesprit
- Azelf

• *A Place for Crates to be set (probably 5-7 crates will be set)
• *A Pokecenter
• *A Poke Market (able to host some NPC traders)
• *A Magikarp Pool (where I will put a spawner to spawn Magikarp in)
• *A Elite-4 Tower that I actually made with some friends and I can get you the Schematic to (I would like it on the outskirts of town maybe with a path connecting everything)

Also your personal touches, I'm not a very creative person I just want those few things at least and you can put your own spin on it to make it all flow nicely.

Another thing is that I need it done on the server itself so it can flow with the environment and not disrupt players with the mess of transferring files. Also it'd be a lot easier so there's not a a big cut off when I paste it into the world.

Not sure if this is still open, but I can do it. I've built a Pokemart in the past and my speciality is 3D character building.
