[Spawn] Faction Spawn - Massive and Detailed

My partner and I no longer have the time to finish up our server, so we're selling the builds we have.

Then spawn doesn't have exact dimensions, so I can't really post them.
If I have to estimate it, I'd say around 200x300? Give or take. But it's not a defined shape so it's hard to tell.

Spawn wasn't made by me. Was by Fieldforensic and the Azure Build team. If you search his thread up on spigot, you'll find the spawn and my vouch.

Like I said, can be negotiated in a sense. It's lowered from what you'd pay a build team for though, so I think it's fine for now.

If you're really interested in it and want to see it, I'll gladly skype you and screenshare so you can't get a better feel of it. I don't allow anyone joining the server to see it in person.

I can show proof of it being built for my server if need be. I've got proof of it being built in general though.
Proof:

The images of the horse and house are little aesthetics that are used on the floating islands outside spawn.

Other little features I don't have pictures of:
- Spawn area comes with 5 portals if you need them.
- An area for enchanting and crates if you have them.
- Area for "free meat" if need be. (Cow spawners)

Is this exclusive?

Yes.
Was built for my server but we stopped the developement of it yesterday as we don't have the time anymore. Never released. So the spawns only be used by us and only seen by like 10 people, if that. (Unless you count the people who see the pictures on my website)

I believe it's just Faithful. Or rather a minor variation of it. But more Faithful than anything else, and thanks

It's not really a defined spawn shape. I originally was looking for 100x100 - 150x150 when I had it made. But the dimensions aren't exact since it's not really a square or anything. If I had to give a rough estimate, it seems to be around 300x400. (The floating islands outside it are included in that guesstimate) Maybe less. I can't quite remember of the top of my head.
