Spawn for my survival server

Hello,
I'm parpar8090 and I'm the owner of Wisel Network (IP: wisel-mc.com) and I need a spawn for the survival server at the network.
First of all my building requirements:

• Spawn is leading to a Tutorial path.
• At the end of the tutorial path, should lead to 2 portals: Mining world and Building world (I will point the portals later when spawn done).
• Shop area (place for signs or shopkeepers or else).
• call the world that you build this project as "spawn".
• Grinding area (like farming and grinding for mobs).
• The theme is a valley. near a waterfall, a little lake, rivers and small wooden bridges above. a path of dirt follows the tutorial path, shop area, grinding area, etc... and the border of the spawn will be good-looking mountains.
• the map should be less than 100x100 blocks but not less than 25x25.

When the project will be complete, those who built it will reward for Builder rank (only if I will like your build, and make it in the server).

Note: I'm not going to pay, sorry. instead, I'll give you a Builder rank as a reward.
Note 2: I will help you building the spawn.
