For example, you can go ahead and "sell" the build to me for $80, receive payment, then not give me the build. Now, you have $80.00 and I have no build. I can go ahead and fill out a spam report, and have you banned.. but does that really matter? Someone with 3 ratings can just create a new account (with a new IP if needed), and just sell again, and scam again..
