Spawn Plugin

Hello! I am in need of a strong spawn plugin. The reason is that literally, no spawn plugins do the function i need, they say they do but it doesn't actually work. these are the features i would like:

Commands:
- Setspawn command
- Spawn command
- Plugin reload command
Functions:
- Force Spawn Function (True or False)
- New Players Force Spawn Function (True or False)
- Join Command Function (True or False) (console commands)
- New Players Join Command Function (True or False) (console commands)
- Player Join Mesage (True or False) (Editable Message)
- New Player Join Message (True or False) (Editable Message)
- Fireworks on join (True or False)

You can call it anything

You do not need to add any permissions, just allow /spawn for everyone and /setspawn and /plugin reload for op's.

Thanks for reading, since i have tested many other spawn plugins that did not work, i will pay upon its success on my server.
