And yes, I know that there's probably nobody on mcm who would be willing to build one for free, though that's what I'm hoping for as I currently do not have the money to spend on one. Also, for a shop, I don't really mind what theme it has. ;p
I'd love for the spawn to be square and have 4 areas, one for enchanting, one for crates(2), spawning area for food, and info boards(rules / staff).
For a theme, I'd like wood / stone-stonebricks / stained clay. For colors, yellow or red. Either both of those colors, or just one of your choice.
For size, I'd want it to be 100x100 or 150x150. Nothing bigger though.

You're not going to find anyone for free on MCM, you might be able to find a fairly cheap building service but it depends on your budget and what you for a spawn
Also keep in mind that you pay for quality
