[Spawn] Viking/Medieval

Hello guys,

I'm looking for someone to build a very nice and handy spawn for my survival server.
Currently my server is "dead" because we announced 3 months ago we will do a reset when 1.13 will be released.
Our server gathered about 100 players.

The specifications for what I want are in the spoiler.

Spoiler: Specifications

• Theme : medival / viking. The constructions must be simple but effective
• 150x150 to 200x200
• An Island with a slight relief (A "little" river which cuts the island in 2 parts)
• Village with 10 to 12 houses (Butcher's house, baker's house, herbalist's house ...) and a port
• Village must be separated by the river and connected by a bridge.
• 1 main place
• 1 main house (spawn point)
• Custom trees (simple but effective)
• The medieval spirit must be present
• A forest with custom trees around the village
• This build must be handy.

I'm looking for top quality work so please only contact me if you are highly experienced.
We will set the price together and can not evolve unless I ask you to add more than expected. I reserve the right not to pay you if the work does not please me. By us paying you I'm agreeing to your terms, and you are agreeing to our conditions.
