Ill give someone 1.50$ or if they do for free a vouch, to tell me how to make it so if I lost hearts of hunger and when I enter spawn region it heals my health and hunger. Also want to make it so I cannot loose hunger in spawn!

/rg flag {region} feed-amount 20
/rg flag {region} feed-delay 1

Pretty sure that this:
/rg flag {region} heal-amount 20
/rg flag {region} heal-delay 1
will heal you to full hp once you enter the region
