Looking to purchase a custom made spawn that meets the following criteria:

• Large enough to be social
  
• Bright, detailed and open
• To be built in a void world (Aka No surround world around the spawn)
• Detailed and colored structures that are bring life
• Looking to pay anywhere from 10-50 usd
• Roughly 100x100 (Can go a bit higher than 50 usd if need be.) Just large enough to encourage talking and exploring etc.
• At least one parkour activity

Hey as all the stuff you mentioned you forgot to mention the size of it in most of the builds (if not in all of them ) the size is one of the things that determents how much the map will cost .
