Hi, I am looking for someone who would be able to make a plugin where when you right click a spawner you can upgrade the spawner to "Upgrade" (Increase Efficiency) through a GUI. It should have 5 different tiers to the spawner and the price should vary for the type of spawner (configurable)

Spawners:
Sheep:
Tier 1: 10000
Tier 2: 20000

(or something along those lines)
Obviously, My biggest concern is to minimize as much lag as possible so I do NOT want CPU intensive code when un-needed.
Budget:
I would like to keep my budget between 20-25$ if possible. We can discuss this if required.
Timeframe:
I would prefer the plugin as soon as possible clearly but I would not like to have to wait any longer than a week.
