my name is Jake and i do builds of all sorts.Spawns,pvparenas,and more(as you can see in the title).I take dedicated time into the builds you want.So below i will give info of what types of builds i can do and builds i cant do.However i don't give you a ftp download or a world download(Because some clients said i downloaded this and etc)now who wants that?.Well im going to be building in your server(Yea i know this can be resolved to griefing).I don't Grief my friends now i know that people say that a lot.Now once you purchase a plan of mine.You will give my manager the ip. After that you will have to put Worldedit and voxelsniper for me to use.Once you do i will build therefore you the client will be able to check up on my build when ever.Also ill need a flat world to build in.One side to this i wont be doing the region for you that is your job.
Now the plans
Small build(that includes spawns,etc around the size of 41x41)
Price=$10-25(Depending on what it is)
Medium build(Around the size of 61x61)
Price=$25-40(Depending on what it is)
Large Build(Around the size of 81x81)
Price=$40-55(Depending on what it is)
*Mega Build*(around the size of 121x121)
Price=$55-100(Depending on what it is)

If you are going to ask to remake a build of mine i wont accept i like to give a client a unique build from the other builds i make
I do one customer at a time since i do not want to have like 3 builds on my hands i will do one then come to the next but yea i wont do 3 builds at once
note:I can only do Steampunk and medieval Builds atm i have not done any other style of builds in months
