Special Anticheat

I am here because I have a problem on my server players who are lag thanks to software. so I'm looking for someone to create a little anticheat that could send a notification to the moderator when player :

- pingspoof/fakelag
- people who removes their ethernet cable ( thanks to it (during the crash period) it can break block and its allows them to get drunk in blocks and so it arrives very easily to usbeug all the thing in my server

i now it's possible to check that 1 2 server have do that in france they use packet i think
so i juste want people who are sure they can do that

budget 50- 80 $ ( discuss it's possible to give more )

time : 2 week

the probleme "cheat" is :

you remove you ethernet cable you break block ( no connection so you can break bloc like obsidian) when your in the obsidian you put back the ethernet cable and your glitch in the obsidian so you can usbeug all the thing you want

That doesn't work. You can't protect against that... Not even with an anticheat unless you set the timeout to a much smaller time period. But that will annoy people with a bad connection since they will timeout all the time.

how do u think ur going to detect if someone is turning off thier internet via cables? what u can do is go to thier house and give them a manual ban

no but i think iff we send packet all the i think 11 seconde iff someone is connected but no connection we can detect him i really don't now how but i now it's possible french have do that
