Special Job. 3 Mines + 1 Spawn

Hello, Aspire Arts here, requesting a builder on behalf of one of our members.

We are in need of the following.

• 1 Prison Spawn, 70x70 middle/center area, with bridges leading out to 4 mines, with signs above them, saying A-D. I want this to look like the spawn on Play.PixelPrison.org, except a lot smaller, and not that detailed.
• 3 Mines - These will be all different themed, 50x50, donator mines. Not that detailed, 31x31 mining area, about 1-2 structures, decorations, mainly terrain.

Payment
You will be paid $10 upfront, and $35 from the sell price. The reason you are not being paid as much, is because we are not in need of something too fancy. If you are in need of build renders, we can lower the pay to $25, but give you 10 build renders.
