Server Project Proposal ​

Hello, I am going to be asking for a big favor and I know it will pay off, I want to start a network or some type of project that will be great. I want to start an empire and work to be as great as we can be. While money is a benefit to all of this I really feel like making a server that will make me and my team proud will be much more beneficial. I want someone to work with me who is driven and has just as much motivation as I do. Not only that, I want to build a bond with me team and not just be business partners but be great friends as well. I do not want to hire people to work for me and complete an aspect of the project, then to disappear. I want to build a team, a strong, close group of people who all respect each other and are in it for the success for not only themselves but others as well.

With that all being said, I need someone who has the experience to make this all happen. If you are willing to go on this adventure with me and put money down then I am willing to talk further. I have no doubt in my mind that this will be successful and it will bring in lots of cash flow but remember, I want someone who does not care about the money at the beginning.

• Who do I need

I cannot do this on my own, and I have no desire to. While I may be the primary owner, this is a group project, everyone on the team is a key piece of the puzzle, if one falls, we all do.

• Close Connections

This is a very, very important thing to me. I am not engrossed in this community, I am not experienced at all with the back-end work and advertising of the server. I need people who know exactly who to contact for what job, or who to talk to about joining us. If you are a well-versed person and people know really who you are, then I am interested in you.

• Developers

I am an absolute cave-man when trying to access even the most simple of system administration services or development equipment. Trying to read code is like trying to learn Japanese for me. Development is an amazing skill and I am amazed at the ability of so many to write programs that can completely alter the game, it is mind-blowing to me. That being said, I desperately need someone who is knowledgeable about system administration and development and can ALSO teach me how to fix problems or perform actions that I would need to do if called upon.

• Co-Owner/Partner

It would be very convenient and cool for me to be able to share ownership with another 1/2 other people. I'm not going to write out a small 12 question application on who will be working extremely closely with me and who I am to trust heavily that to me, are a waste of time and an inevitable failure. I need to get to know you, as a person. What you believe, how you think about things, why would you want to work on this with me? These are some examples of the types of things I want to know about you. I need to be confident that you know what you are doing, and that you are aware of the types of responsibilities you will have -without me having to ask you. You need to show me that you are a hard-working person who is fully invested in seeing this to the end. I would prefer to have a co-owner/partner with experience, and the ability to work as a team constantly. I will not babysit anyone If god forbid I am unable to operate the network for a span of time - I need to be able to trust you to make sure things are and will remain under control.

Not trying to be a drainer but there's honestly no point putting money into making a server, 99% of the time somebody will fuck you over or you'll just not get any players.

You haven't provided any information about your so called "project" yet you seem to keep saying how great it is.
