Special type of plugin see description.

I have a prison server and at my spawn i have 4 ranked mines. I want to have it so my players cant go into the mines but i also dont want the mines to be closed off. So i am looking for a plugin that dosent let you go past a certain point unless you have the permission (For example) nopass.MineB so the person can go in Mine A but not Mine B or higher.

Like MrToucan said World guard can do this. No need to go waste money.
