I am looking for a long-term position
If you are looking for a professional staff member I believe you just found one. I am very experienced and a well-rounded person! I am a quite hard working member of the team who gets the job done and does extra for the server and its growth. Unlike some, I care about the community and want it to be the best version it can be.

I am 13 years old and I am in high school. I live in the United Kingdom and I am in the BST time zone. Despite my age, I'm very professional and I do dedicate a lot of time towards Minecraft. I truly believe that I am one of the best at what I do. I have been playing Minecraft for about four years now and I am still loving it. While I have been playing I fell in love with management & administration field. Here is a little bit about that.

My Experiences
- Op-Craft: First, I was a helper on a network called OP-Craft. This was my first ever staff position as a staff member, I stayed at OP-Craft for just over a week until my dad died, this was my favorite position and server as a whole, I still stay connected to this day.
- DynamiteRaids: I was an Owner of the faction server called DynamiteRaids, I helped the server get up and running by recruiting staff and managing the already existing team.
- Twilight Network: This was one of my least liked jobs, we had a network server called Twilight Network, I was Sr.Moderator here, unfortunately I resigned from here after around 5 weeks because the server hadn't opened, I was really looking for fun and to do my job here, I thought it had a lot of potential, but the owner didn't have enough time to work on it, it still is in development.
- RangePvP: RangePvP was a little project I was making until I realized I do not have the money to own a server at the moment, it was going to be a factions server with an f top buycraft reward of $750.
- PotionPvP: PotionPvP is a factions server opening tomorrow, if you look at my profile you can see that I made a post about the server, but since they did not know I was 13 and their age limit was 14 I had to get demoted, I was going to dedicate all my time here.

Player and Staff Management
Player and staff management are one of my strong suits. I am a very understanding person and can relate to many people making me easy to work and talk with. I understand and have been put through the stress and pressure of managing large player-bases, as well as coordinating events and managing the staff team. I have the ability to plan and coordinate unique events entertain the players while still maintaining a professional atmosphere for the server. Having worked for some larger servers & networks I understand the need to keep things under control and efficient.
I would also like to add that I am the hardest worker you will ever meet. I put my heart and soul into every single project that I am working on. I spend many hours of my day for you and making sure that we run a successful server. I am not the type of person to give up easily, I will work my hardest until the task is complete.
