Preface
I finally figured, after having an account with this website for nearly two years without making a single post, that I should become a part of this community and utilize what MCM has to offer. Basic Information About Me
I'm a Canadian teenager who, along with biking, spends alot of time on Minecraft. I got into Minecraft after watching PaulSoaresJr's "How to Survive and Thrive." series, for some reason, his videos really compelled me to buy the game. I bought Minecraft in Late April of 2012, right before Jungle Biomes were introduced. Ever since I bought Minecraft, I've gotten into so much more than singleplayer survival (which I played for a while). Eventually, I found out about the ability to "modify" Minecraft servers, similar to what this new server (at the time) "Mineplex" was doing. From there, I found tutorials for Java from TheNewBoston and tutorials for utilizing bukkit from TheBCBroz (which I admit, looking back on them now, they weren't the best). It's mind-boggling to think that 5 years has passed since I purchased Minecraft. Time flies by so fast.Interests
I've been actively engaged in music(Guitar, Clarinet, Ukulele) and programming for a couple a years now; and have recently been picking up Arduino & Raspberry PI projects, as well as differential calculus in order to learn how to create a neural network. Currently, I have created a functionining Feed-Forward Neural network, but, it doesn't really do anything amazing. I'm actively learning about other neural network models (LSTM, RNN) to improve my (and my neural network's) capability. I thoroughly enjoy all the projects I take on, for learning's sake. What I Hope To Get Out Of MCM
I'm hoping that I can actively engage in the largest online Lego game exchange out there. Although I know that now, I'm looking for nothing specifically, I know that in the future, this community will prove vital for me, and I'm hoping I can contribute around here wherever I can. Thanks to everyone who bothered reading this!
