I’ll be starting a vanilla SMP server this week, here is some information if you’re interested.

• All expenses paid for by myself
• All changes in rules are voted on
• Starting conditions will be 1.14 and KeepInv will be enabled for the first 3 days of the map.
• Each “season” lasts for 45 days, the map is reset afterwards.
• The scoreboard will display player deaths.
• Players must log on at least twice per week, your slot may be given up if you are inactive.

If a user reserves a slot and logs on two times a week for 30 minutes each session, and gets 0 deaths on the account due to barely playing, is that really fair compared to someone who plays everyday and spends hours on at a time but they’ve accumulated more deaths as a result of being online more.

If I join can we focus on making this SMP more build focused instead of people focusing on beating the game (getting stacked, beating the dragon & wither, elytras) ? I tend to lose interest in SMPs that are like the latter
