What is Sphoric?
Sphoric is a Towny based Geopolitical server, where a player will go about tasks/jobs to earn money and create their town (or join an existing town). Town leaders and diplomats can form strong alliances with other towns, forming nations. These nations as well can create allies with other nations, or the fun part... waging war! This server is highly dynamic with a developing quest line and tons of content for players to enjoy upon its release.
Benefits
All of our staff will get paid based on the following formula
Staff payout=((totalDonations-upkeepCost)(.4*(numberOfStaff))
Roughly 40% of remaining income after server upkeep is devoted to going into the staffs pockets. The remaining money is used to bring new content to the server and save for future expenses. This amount will likely go up as more donations come to the server over time, we understand that our staff will be essential in running the server and we will show you our appreciation with such rewards!
Requirements
We ask that all staff members have no commitments with any other servers. We need people who are focused and knowledgeable to guide our community and help us prosper. You will need a Discord account with a functioning microphone to participate in voice chats.
