Spigot 1.8.8 to Paperspigot 1.8.8

Hey everyone, So I own a factions server and players said I need to change to PaperSpigot 1.8.8
so hybird cannons will work.

I wanted to know if I change from Spigot 1.8.8 to PaperSpigot 1.8.8 will it reset the server as in playerdata?

Nope.

You can just install paperspigot as paperspigot is just a fork of spigot it fixes some bugs and is better for some servers (for example factions and skyblock) Hoppers will work much better to and you will be able to change some extra performance settings
